Meet Our Tutors
Kaplan Premier's tutors are the foundation of our service.
Having graduated our rigorous training and development program,
they all share the same level of excellence: near-perfect scores
(in the 95th percentile or above), previous instructional
experience, and—most importantly—the ability to create an
interactive one-on-one learning environment based on the
individual needs of each student.
Here are just a few of the tutors who work with Kaplan Premier
students in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. At the onset of any
tutoring program, your Academic Coordinator will conduct our
Tutor Matching Interview to find the best
possible tutor for your child.
Fara I.

Teaching/Tutoring Experience: Over one year teaching and tutoring with Kaplan; approximately three years of previous experience in various subject areas. (Biology, Math) Taught several classes in churches (mostly teenagers)
Degrees Earned: B.S. Biology (UTA)
Fun Fact: I have been within ten feet of a nesting alligator in the Everglades!
Hobbies/Passions: Studying the ocean, snorkeling/scuba diving, hiking, camping, singing.
Favorite KP Experience: One of my greatest joys in life is to share knowledge with others and see them put it to use and succeed. It has been especially rewarding to help students in areas that I once struggled in myself. I have experienced this with several of my Kaplan students (for example, one girl who achieved a full scholarship to the college of her choice, due largely in part to her ACT score), and I look forward to helping many others do the same. **Has had a student's score go up 500 points**

Hobbies/Passions: I have a 3-month old Morkie puppy that keeps my husband and I very busy! I love hanging out with my family during the weekends and working with my husband in the yard. We just bought our first home, and we're quickly learning how much time a home takes to upkeep!
