Can I place kaptest.com links and banners anywhere on my site?
Yes. You know your site—and your customers—best. Therefore, we give you total flexibility when it comes to the placement of the links. However, please remember that an optimal placement on your site will increase click-throughs and sales. This will ultimately result in more money in your pocket! You can also broaden your possibilities for earning greater revenue by placing several kaptest.com banners and text links in different places throughout your site. In fact, a great way to increase click through rates is to have a banner and a text link working together.

Can I put your links in e-mail that I send out?
Absolutely! You may include our links in any e-mail you send out by putting them in your text or in your signature file. However, we insist that you only send e-mail with our links in them to people who have either requested e-mail from you or are friends and relatives. You do not have our permission to include our links in any unsolicited e-mail "spam" that you may send out. If we receive complaints that we are being used in a spamming effort, we will be forced to investigate the matter. If the allegations are true, you will be in violation of your affiliate agreement and you will be dropped from the program, plus further legal action may be taken against you.

May I write about kaptest.com or Kaplan Inc. on my site? Can I recommend it or post visitor testimonials about it?
Definitely. Giving personal recommendations or posting other promotional messages on your site will increase click-throughs and sales. This will ultimately generate increased revenue for you. However, before you do, please send a copy of what you would like to post to affiliate_manager@kaplan.com. You will have an answer usually within 24-48 hours.

Can I issue a press release regarding my affiliation with kaptest.com?
Yes. However, you must receive written approval before doing so. We have certain guidelines about representation to the media. Please send all requests to affiliate_manager@kaplan.com. We will get back to you with the information you will need, usually within 24 hours. Also note that from time to time, we will send out press releases of our own—especially if an affiliate has been particularly successful in our program. We will contact you beforehand to get your approval.
